In addition to peace initiatives, this organization has been actively involved in humanitarian works distributing relief materials to people affected by natural disasters like floods, landslides, cold waves, etc. and doing other various activities. During the Earthquake of 2015, AGPS initially provided about 3000 meals for the affected people. Later, it provided healthy and fresh meals and accommodation to 1500 people every day for more than a month.  This kind works were also carried out by its various branches.
