Targeting the possible live event of Prem Rawat, the Central Office successfully organized a special program for people with knowledge called "Prerana 2076" across all regions of Nepal. The program was conducted in 22 locations across the regions, covering the centers of 44 districts in total.

A total of 22 facilitators and 5,741 people with knowledge participated in the event. The objective of the program was not only to prepare for Prem Rawat's potential live event but also to set future targets regarding how many new individuals could be introduced to the message.

As a result, a goal was set to introduce a total of 3,038,123 individuals across 44 districts. Additionally, the program set a future target of ensuring participation of at least 200,000 people in the upcoming live event.
